Macaroni (Pakistani Style) Recipe

 


Macaroni (Pakistani Style) is a variation of pasta in the form of pipes. People want to eat chicken as well as meat mince. In Pakistan, pasta is primarily cooked in various styles and variants, such as macaroni, cheese macaroni as well as macaroni with sausage. It's just basic food that an individual can achieve at household quickly in mints.

Ingredients:

Macaroni

2 cups

Tomatoes

2 large

Onion

1 medium

Potato

1 large

Coriander

Half cup (chopped)

Cheese

For Sprinkling

Coriander Powder

2 tsp

Red Chili Powder

2 tsp

Turmeric powder

1 tsp

Salt

To taste

Garam Masala Powder (Mix Masala)

1 tsp

Ginger Paste

1 tsp

Water

10 cups

Oil

2 tsp

 

 

 

Method:

Step#1:
    Chopped all onions, tomato, and potato lengthwise. Boil the water quickly, add the macaroni, and cook until cooked. Stockpile 1⁄2 cup of water, drain and run on cooler water to prevent frying.

Step#2:

    Individually heat the oil in a pan, insert the onions, and roast until golden brown. Insert the ginger, potatoes, salt, and turmeric powder into the mixture. Cover to cook for a couple of minutes. Blend in the tomatoes and roast until the liquid is removed from the tomatoes. If required, add the reserved water for Macaroni.

Step#3:

    Insert the coriander and the red chili powder. Roast till the potatoes are finished. Stir the macaroni pasta and adjust the seasoning. Garnish with fresh cilantro/coriander leaves and end up serving with a texture spray of cheese.
