Step# 1
Boil the beef.
Step# 2
After boiling separate the soup and the boiled beef.
Step# 3
Add oil to the pan.
Step# 4
Add the boiled beef into pan.
Step# 5
Add the garlic and
ginger paste, add the red pepper, add the cumin powder, add the mix spices, add
salt to taste. Add soup to it and also add bay leaf in it. And add nutmeg &
mace powder in it. And Cook for 10 minutes.
Step# 6
Take five or six cashews.
Step# 7
Make a paste of them.
Step# 8
Add five to six pieces of cardamom. And cook for 3 to 4
minutes.
Step# 9
Now, add half a cup of yogurt. And add Kewra Essence.
