Method:
Step#1:
Take Chicken, Garlic (with Skin), black peppercorns and water. Put them all
into a pot and cook for 30 minutes.
Step#2:
After this, remove from
flame and cut chicken into long stripes.
Step#3:
Strain the other things,
store and set aside. .
Step#4:
Marinate chicken with
soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, corn flour and salt for 10 minutes.
Step#5:
Now heat 4 table spoon oil in a woke and add garlic (finely cut).
Step#6:
Fry till it turns
golden. And add chicken pieces and stored things and cook till things
dried up.
Step#7:
Heat remaining oil in a
frying pan and lightly fry green chilies. And add into chicken.
Step#8:
Now drizzle sesame oil
on top.
Step#9:
Delicious Singaporean chili
chicken is ready to serve.
