Method:
Step#1:
First of all heat the clarified butter in a pot and fry cloves, cardamoms and
cumin seeds.
Step#2:
Add rice and 4 cups
water and parboil with strain.
Step#3:
Marinate prawns with
garlic paste and salt.
Step#4:
Heat oil in a wok.
Step#5:
Now fry marinated prawns
till it would be golden after that remove.
Step#6:
Heat clarified butter in
a separate wok.
Step#7:
Now fry chopped garlic
and onion and cook with all remaining masala ingredients till tomatoes are well
mixed.
Step#8:
In a wide necked pot
make layer ½ masala at the bottom and add ½ rice on top of it and finely add
remaining masala, rice and prawns on top and keep on dum.
Step#9:
After some time
delicious prawns biryani will be ready to serve.
