Directions:
- Put the meat in a saucepan and add three glasses of water and add black peppers,cumin seeds,cinnamon,cloves and cook till the meat is cook completly.
- When the meat is melted, take it off the stove and separate it.
- Put onion and oil in a pan and brown the onion.
- Soak the rice till 30 minutes.
- When the onion is brown, add water and fry all the spices in it
- Then add the meat and cook for five minutes.
- Add 2 kg of water including yakhni to 1 kg of rice.
- When the water starts to boil, add rice to it.
- Now cook for about 15 minutes on low heat or till the rice is cook.
