To enhance the taste of this pulao, we have brought you a new recipe called Yakhni Pulao which is very tasty and suitable for people of all ages. It has a unique place in the various dishes prepared on Eid-ul-Adha. Very wonderful dish for guests.

Beef

1 kilogram

Black Peppercorns

2 Tea Spoon

Red Chili(Grinded)

1 Tea Spoon

Tomato 

3 Pieces(Medium size)

Onion

3 Pieces(Medium Size)

Garlic Paste

1 Table Spoon

Ginger Paste

1 Table Spoon

Green Chili Paste

Half Tea Spoon

Salt

According To Taste

Yogurt

Half Cup

Cooking oil

1 Cup

Cumin Seeds

4 pinches

Cinnamon

5 to 7 pieces

Cloves

5 to 7 pieces


Directions:
  1. Put the meat in a saucepan and add three glasses of water and add black peppers,cumin seeds,cinnamon,cloves and cook till the meat is cook completly.
  2. When the meat is melted, take it off the stove and separate it.
  3. Put onion and oil in a pan and brown the onion.
  4. Soak the rice till 30 minutes.
  5. When the onion is brown, add water and fry all the spices in it 
  6. Then add the meat and cook for five minutes.
  7. Add 2 kg of water including yakhni to 1 kg of rice. 
  8. When the water starts to boil, add rice to it.
  9. Now cook for about 15 minutes on low heat or till the rice is cook.
Delicious yakni palao is ready. Serve it with raita.
