Chicken Manchurian is among the best recipes for Indo-Chinese chicken. It's also very popular in Pakistan. This recipe offers a hotel-style Manchurian chicken with fewer products and fewer calories.
With this recipe, you can't go wrong. It's so easy that you need the batter-fried chicken to be poured in the sweet and sour Manchurian sauce. The flavor is slightly spicy with additional chili fire and a rich blast of garlic and soy sauce.

Method:

  1. Break chicken into small chunks and marinate with flour, egg, garlic powder, black pepper, white pepper, salt, and 1 tbsp of oil. 
  2. Now heat the oil in a deep pan over low heat. Fry the chicken deeply and put it aside.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté the garlic. Add the green pepper, the spring onion, and fry for a few minutes. Now add pineapple pieces and fry for the next two min.
  4. Attach the fried chicken and mix in the ketchup, chili garlic sauce, cinnamon, black and white peppers. After this cook for three minutes by adding a glass of water.
  5. Now add the Worcester sauce and after adding this let it cook for a few minutes.
  6. Mix the cornflour in some water and add to the sauce when stirring. Let it boil for a few minutes or before the sauce is thickened.
  7. Chicken Manchurian is ready, add some drops of lemon juice and pans.
  8. Serve the tasty Chicken Manchurian.
