Masala Mutton new Recipe 2020

 



Ingredients:

Quantity:

Mutton 

1/2 Kg

Onions (fried)

Yogurt (whipped)

1 cup

Ginger paste

1 table Spoon

Turmeric paste

1 table Spoon

Dried, round red chilies             

6

Green chilies (Whole)

6

Black pepper (powder)

1 tea spoon

Garlic (with skin)

6 cloves

Black pepper (crushed)

1 tea Spoon

Lemon juice

2 table spoon

Warm water

1 cup

Salt

To taste

Fresh coriander (chopped)

½ bunch

Oil

1 cup


Method:


Step#1:
Crush red chilies, green chilies, black pepper powder and garlic together.   

Step#2:

Cook mutton with oil, turmeric, pepper, ginger and salt in a pot till dry.

Step#3:

Add onions and 1 cup warm water then cook till mutton is tender.

Step#4:

Add yogurt and crushed masala when dry, cook till oil separates.  

Step#5:

Add lemon juice and coriander, keep on dum. 

Delicious Masala Mutton Is Ready to Serve.
