Method:
Step#1:
Crush red chilies, green chilies, black pepper powder and garlic together.
Step#2:
Cook mutton with oil,
turmeric, pepper, ginger and salt in a pot till dry.
Step#3:
Add onions and 1 cup
warm water then cook till mutton is tender.
Step#4:
Add yogurt and crushed
masala when dry, cook till oil separates.
Step#5:
Add lemon juice and
coriander, keep on dum.
Delicious Masala Mutton Is Ready to Serve.
