Indian Masala Pasta 2020

 



Ingredients:

Quantity:

Elbow pasta

4 cup

Chicken mince

1 kg

Tomato (chopped)

2

Onion (chopped)

2

Capsicum (finely cut)

2

Garlic (chopped)        

6 cloves

Red chili (powder)

2 tea spoon

Turmeric powder

1 tea spoon

Coriander powder

2 tea spoon

Salt

To taste

Oil

1 cup

Fresh coriander

For sprinkling


Method:

Step#1:
Heat the oil in a wok.   

Step#2:

Fry chicken mince in heated oil.

Step#3:

Now add chopped onion, garlic, tomato, turmeric, red chilies, coriander and salt.

Step#4:

Cook till chicken mince is tender.  

Step#5:

Now boil pasta.

Step#6:

Add capsicum and pasta dish is ready.

Step#7:

Garnish with coriander and serve.
