Method:
Step#1:
First of all mix fish with all ingredients, except bread crumb and eggs in a
bowl.
Step#2:
Now coat fish first with
eggs after that with breadcrumbs.
Step#3:
Heat oil in a wok.
Step#4:
Fry fish till it would
be golden.
Step#5:
Remove fish on an absorbent paper.
Step#6:
Decorate a dish with
lettuce leaves, onion and lemon.
Step#7:
Place fish on it and
serve.
