Ingredients:

Quantity:

Fish fillet (cut into pieces)

1 kg

Soya sauce

3 table spoon

Ginger/garlic paste

2 table spoon

Lemon juice

3 table spoon

Black pepper (crushed)

1 tea spoon

Sesame seeds              

3 table spoon

Corn flour

1 table spoon

Breadcrumbs

1 cup

Chinese salt

¼ tea spoon

Eggs (beaten)

3

Salt

To taste

Oil

For frying

Lettuce leaves, Lemons, Onion (rings)

For decoration


Method:

Step#1:
First of all mix fish with all ingredients, except bread crumb and eggs in a bowl.   

Step#2:

Now coat fish first with eggs after that with breadcrumbs.

Step#3:

Heat oil in a wok.

Step#4:

Fry fish till it would be golden.  

Step#5:

Remove fish on an absorbent paper.

Step#6:

Decorate a dish with lettuce leaves, onion and lemon.

Step#7:

Place fish on it and serve.
