Quantity:

Good-sized firm white fish fillets

3 TB

1 tsp

Black Pepper (Grounded)

3 TB

Parsley Leaves

(for Garnish)

Lemon Slices

For Serving

Method:

Step#1:
In a tub, mix the lime juice, butter, and salt. Mix in order to mix properly. If needed, try a small fillet and add a little more salt.

Step#2:

In a different cup, mix the existing 1/2 tsp salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and onion powder. Press the spice combination uniformly on all sides of the fish fillets.

Step#3:

Inside a big, deep large frying pan, heat the oil till it is hot. When your oil is boiling, fry 2 fish steaks at a time to prevent overcrowding. cook every side until the fish becomes clear, feels a little firm in the middle, and is browned – gently drizzle a few of the lemon juice butter sauce as you cook, reserving the rest for serving. Be careful not to overcook, since this will contribute to a stronger coating.
