But it's true. For just 20 minutes, this Simple Lemon Butter Fish

Method:
Step#1:
In a tub, mix the lime juice, butter, and salt. Mix in order to mix
properly. If needed, try a small fillet and add a little more salt.
Step#2:
In a different cup, mix
the existing 1/2 tsp salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and onion
powder. Press the spice combination uniformly on all sides of the fish fillets.
Step#3:
Inside a big, deep large
frying pan, heat the oil till it is hot. When your oil is boiling, fry 2 fish
steaks at a time to prevent overcrowding. cook every side until the fish
becomes clear, feels a little firm in the middle, and is browned – gently
drizzle a few of the lemon juice butter sauce as you cook, reserving the
rest for serving. Be careful not to overcook, since this will contribute to a
stronger coating.
